Module 3
One-day theoretical and practical course, dedicated to intermediate ultrasound study of the upper limb: shoulder, elbow, hand, and wrist.
Each anatomical region will be systematically studied and treated as follows:
- Where to find the pathology
- Pathology findings
- MRI and articular pathology
- U/S and articular pathology
- Sono-anatomy
- Standardized U/S examination: tutorial
- Standardized U/S examination: U/S lab, practical session
Aims: To analyse MRI and U/S pathologies of the upper limb of epidemiological relevance, allowing the physician to gain competence in visualization via U/S of the most common sites of traumatic and degenerative pathologies.
Participants: Physicians, with a basic knowledge of U/S techniques, who wish to use U/S investigation techniques to study the main orthopaedic pathologies of the upper limb with a focus on joint imaging.
